Birds at Pulicat Lake(Backwater) Bird Sanctuary - Photos
Pulicat Lake or Pulicat Backwater or Pazhaverkaadu(Tamil) is located at around 90 km away from Chennai is home to many bird species. This lake is also home to the Pulicat Bird Sanctuary. There are variety of birds like Flamingos, Painted Storks, herons, egrets, cormorants, slits, gulls, ducks, Pelicans, etc are seen here. Pictures below,
